1. Who We Are

Roastified is operated by Roastified Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom.
All references to “we”, “us”, and “our” in these Terms refer to Roastified Ltd.

2. Age Restrictions

Roastified is strictly for users aged 18 and over. By accessing our site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

3. The Service

  • Roastified provides AI-generated roast songs, based on the information you provide about the person you wish to “roast”.

  • You will receive two variations of the song via email.

  • Typical delivery time is between 5 and 30 minutes, but may take up to 24 hours depending on demand.

  • The service is intended purely for entertainment and comedic purposes.

4. Responsibility & Liability

  • Roastified cannot be held responsible for how the recipient of the roast interprets or reacts to the song.

  • The purchaser assumes all responsibility for ensuring the roast is used in a safe and appropriate context.

  • Songs are intended as humorous entertainment, not as tools for bullying, harassment, or harm.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

  • Prices are displayed in GBP. Equivalent pricing in other currencies, such as USD, may be available depending on your location and Stripe’s processing.

  • All sales are final, as the service is personalised.

  • Refunds will only be issued if:

    • The AI delivers content that is nonsensical, incoherent, or unusable.

    • The audio file is corrupted or of poor technical quality.

    • We fail to deliver your order within 24 hours.

6. User Content & Restrictions

By submitting information to Roastified, you agree:

  • Not to provide content that includes hate speech, illegal material, threats, or defamatory statements.

  • That you have obtained permission from the person you are roasting if your submission is likely to be defamatory, offensive, or harmful.

  • That you are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All generated songs and lyrics remain the intellectual property of Roastified Ltd.

  • By purchasing, you are granted a personal licence to share the content on social media, with friends, and for personal entertainment.

  • Roastified Ltd retains the right to use generated songs (lyrics or audio) for marketing and promotional purposes.

8. Data & Privacy

  • Roastified collects and stores the following data: names, emails, roast submissions, and payment details (processed securely by Stripe).

  • Roast submissions are stored and may be used for marketing purposes.

  • We do not share your personal data with third parties, except Stripe as our payment provider.

  • You may opt in to receive marketing emails. If you do, you may unsubscribe at any time.

  • As a UK company, we comply with the UK GDPR. You may request a copy of your data or ask for it to be deleted by contacting us at [Insert Contact Email].

9. Disclaimers

  • Humour Disclaimer: Roastified songs are created for comedy and entertainment only. They should not be taken seriously, and are not intended to cause genuine harm or distress.

  • AI Disclaimer: Songs are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for quality, AI-generated content may sometimes include unexpected or imperfect results.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
